Original landscape art of the Abruzzo region, handcrafted from native sourced Gran Sasso wool.

Created with traditional needle felting techniques and enriched with wool from the pagliarola abruzzese and lacone sheep from my neighbour’s farm and from the Coop. Masserie del Parco “Pecorino di Farindola”.

We transform the raw wool with care, washing, brushing (carding) and dyeing it into beautiful ready to use fibre.

The artwork captures the rugged beauty of the Gran Sasso mountains, rolling hills, alpine meadows and ancient stone villages through richly textured felted wool, organic earthly tones, and artisanal workmanship rooted in Abruzzo heritage.

Also, we will create art inspired by local traditions, colours and the spirit of local festivals.
