We are thrilled to announce that, due to personal local requests from the community, we are now formally able, through our existing business , to advertise houses for sale on our website; this is with a particular emphasis on the Bisenti and Arsita areas.
What are you offering?
We will visit your property, take photos/video, take measurements, write a description and once this is agreed by you, we will post all of this information for 12 months onto our web page and on our social media pages for €60. For €40 extra we can put this information on Idealista (a well respected property app) as well. We are not an estate agency, just focusing our expertise on marketing your property.
Where else will my property be advertised?
We are planning on advertising the houses for sale in our apartments, so guests can see your property too. So it will be a very targeted advertising campaign.
Do you just advertise houses for sale?
No, we are also open to advertising rental properties as well.
Is the advertising done through your business?
Yes, we are offering this service through our business, so you will be issued with an invoice for the amount agreed.
Why should I advertise with you?
To give you an idea of the benefits to you, as opposed to placing just a “Vendesi” sign on your home. Bisenti Apartments has approximately 6,000+ visits to our website each month from across the world, so far 38 countries and counting. Our social media pages also generate as high as 10,000 views! Only last year one of our video posts went viral with over 1 million views! So you can see your property will reach a global audience. Also, Bisenti Apartments featured in a global television series which attracted over 600,000 viewers per episode, this generated interest in our apartments, bringing more potential buyers to the area.
My background is a degree in Accounting and Financial Management, and I have studied Marketing as part of my degree. Also, within the financial sector whilst working for one of the top three largest credit unions in Canada, I was involved personally in their corporate marketing campaigns.
Are your guests interesting in buying property?
Absolutely, we know of two families that are currently buying properties near Bisenti, both of these families stayed with us before viewing the properties they are going to buy. There are even more guests that I am in contact with who are looking for either holiday or permanent homes locally as well.
